Poor management They will talk a lot about Digital Marketing & SEO but they have zero knowledge about it. Owner does not care what employees are facing. Some (Arya) people are just here to make fool of the founder and bag as much money from him as possible. More politics than anywhere else. HR department is useless and clueless so don't expect anything from them. Office culture seems cool but it's more like a fashion show than an office environment. Typical Lala company. If you can be a managers boot licker, then you can grow beyond what you deserve (money-wise).
