Pros

- Flexible schedules and the option to telecommute. - Casual work environment and culture. Catered lunches once a month and plenty of snacks and refreshments stocked in the mean time. - Employees would often go out on lunches together and storm the popular food trucks. - Company is growing and well as the user base. And employees big and small get a chance to make an impact as well as advancement opportunities. - Get to work with some of the smartest, nicest people in Irvine! - Great weather and location, minutes from the beach.

Cons

- Work area is getting crowded. - Departments are in different suites.

Pros

Good culture in certain areas of the department. Snacks, though you lack the management in this. Employee benefits. Catered lunches.

Cons

A CTO that is trying to replace the CEO. To put it into perspective, a great project manager that was making the company transparent left because the CTO could not learn how to play nice. There is no direction and no one to lead them. Many people have tired to paint a picture for the C-level, but they are stubborn and do not care to grow the company within. Employees have tried to explain and clarify issues, but there is no voice here. The voice comes from the CTO. CTO, stick to your job and manage your team. Learn to focus on your role and nothing else. CEO, listen to your people. The reason they bother you so much is because they care. If nobody cared they would have been long gone by now. Be the project manager, be the leader that the company needs because your CTO is poisoning the company. You have a team that cares, put it to use.
