      Overall great place to work - with an environment to grow and develop. Teams and management are supportive and everyone is always to help and come together to work towards a shared goal. Mentorship from Senior Engineers allows more junior & mid level engineers to grow into their roles.

      Pension contribution & parental leave are statutory.

      Highly intelligent, experienced, capable staff at all levels. Excellent technical leadership and solution design. Flat business structure, tendency to promote and hire internally

      Cons

      High degree of technical complexity in many production solutions due to the nature of the business model. Bar for entry is very high, even at the lowest level. Steep learning curve in multiple technical specialties.
