Good colleagues, warm atmosphere, sometimes not bad projects. Nice place to start your way in IT sphere.
Cons
Your salary could be much lower from market median and they wont raise it until you wont bring them offer with bigger price Projects initial estimates are extremely low and clients will be surprised when they will receive final, real x2/x3 detailed estimate
