I really can't think of any negatives. You are in charge of your own earning potential. If you're lazy it probably wont be a good fit. It's like any job. The more effort you apply the larger the earnings you'll have.

The best part about working for this company is that every morning I wake up excited to start my day with a team of individuals that all motivate each other to do well and have a great day! It makes for a better, unique work environment unlike any other job I have worked in the past. Everyone sets their goals, whether it's for the day or for the "big picture," and we all help each other reach those goals hell or high waters. Fact is, there is no such thing as having a bad day here, because we rule out the negatives and always focus on the positives. I have only been with the company for a few weeks, and I already feel like my coworkers are the best of family and friends. We share our ideas and impact each other each day in the office to go out in the world and use our systems for success. "We've got some goals!"
