Multicultural environment with good projects.
Cons
Some managers have a very poor management style based on favoritism. Managers conduct unfair and unethical hiring by recruiting people from organizations that they had worked before and show a lot of favoritism towards these people, which creates unfair and toxic work environment. I hope that this is not across all departments. This was observed with a newly created department. Too bad those who are in senior positions do not respect the values of the World Bank Group.
