Visionary - CRO WiZR Employee Review

I had the ability to work from home or at the Santa Monica Promenade office. The office gave a very California tech vibe. I liked the independence and casual work culture.. The CEO made objectives easy to understand and was receptive to input.

I wish my contract would would have extended after the reorganization.

- Co-founder extremely friendly and a joy to work with - Snacks -Basic Tech Benefits (Health, Dental, etc)

- No clear goals or direction - Project pivots every 2 to 3 months - Lack of appropriate management - No testing - Work isn't organized into sprints, no PMs - Engineers don't have a say in what should or shouldn't be implemented: leadership says, leadership gets - Fellow engineers are extremely immature, women would not feel welcome here - No overtime pay, but expected long hours because "startup"
