Pros
Great leadership, communication, schedule flexibility, decent pay, employee amenities, decent allotment of pto, health/medical, 401k personal holidays, vto, OT, and shift bids, people and trainings are great.
Cons
Kind of a double edge sword. Nearly impossible KPI Metrics, strict occurrence based system for metrics that don’t fall off for 6 months and attendance for 1 year. schedule for things have to usually be done in advance or won’t be approved, outdated/problematic systems, hybrid positions by policy are to be fulfilled in and out of office when scheduled if not followed it results in an occurrence regardless of situation. Management will bat for you until their hands are tied by policy. Difficult to transition, most positions require you to remain in that position for 1 year before allowing department transition. Pay increases are performance based on an annual review and education or prior level of experience have no merit or effect on pay increases or starting pay.
