The majority of reviews here are from people working in the corporate offices or executive level management trying to put a better face on the organization. This company has little in the way of structure or conventional business sense. The leaders of the company are very removed from the day-to-day operations of the clubs. Often rude, condescending and incompetent, the company leadership does very little in the way of putting anyone first let alone their members, which is a company motto that only a handful of individuals uphold. Successful companies breed a winning culture from within. They spend time developing and devoting themselves to the people that do a lot of the "heavy lifting." Wellbridge fails to recognize talent and spends even less time trying to develop the talent. In my four years here I have been rarely supervised the way I should be, maybe that is one of the reasons I am still here. If you hold yourself to a high standard I would be careful about involving yourself with this group. They tend to take the enthusiasm and desire to be great from people and that is just a sad story to tell.
