Pros

My former co-workers and colleagues. They were an amazing, dedicated and passionate group until Gladson came in and acquired the company and treated everyone horribly.

Cons

Gladson. Gladson. Paul Salay. Gladson. Paul Salay. The company today has no soul, has no empathy, has no vision or direction. The Exec Team at Gladson led by Paul Salay will be the end of this company.

Pros

A lot of teamwork and collaboration! The people at Webcollage know that working hard and having fun are equally important, and that it’s easier to excel in an environment with positive energy and a sense of community. Everyone on the team is eager to find new ways to bring the WOW with best-in-class solutions and services for clients. Management is transparent. Everyone is smart and dedicated.

Cons

Location. The building itself is beautiful and the office space is great -- it's just getting there means going through Times Square/Port Authority. It can be interesting, for sure!

Pros

Really interesting product portfolio and array of clients that we service (everything from the big wigs like P&G and Walmart to smaller accounts.) Really some great learning opportunities and some lovely coworkers.

Cons

If you're based out of New York or have a management/executive title you're set. If you not then chances are you won't be kept in the loop or given the same access to resources like someone in New York would. There's also a very obvious imbalance in accolades given and it's clear that certain decision makers have their favorites. You can't advocate teamwork when your current business model supports a siloed operation and one person might get a special thank you in front of the team for sending a mere email while another won't get even a thank you for putting out a major fire drill.
