you dont matter your just a number, poor management no upper management knows how nor have they ever ran a cnc machine. dishonesty toward employees i for one been here three plus years and make less money now then the first day i started. Always guick to point out the wrong but never praise employees when they produce a good quality part on a timely matter. Never lets the machinist know what is going on with work related stuff. we are always in the dark.
