- Strong reinvestment in the company (team has grown significantly after going through a lot of post acquisition turnover) which shows that the head office is committed to growth in the U.S. - Decisive leadership (at the group/headquarter level; not really the case in the U.S.) - Decent benefits
Cons
- All Partners and senior managers in the U.S. are expats (no local hires at the Partner/Management)...this has a strong impact on corporate culture (or lack there of in the U.S.) - Client base in the U.S. is overly saturated in a few French clients (so no P&L diversity) - Lack of diversity in the team at the Manager and above levels - Financial Services capabilities are oversold to new hires - Little to know accountability for poor performers (especially at the manager and above level)
