5yOn behalf of all of us at VitaminLab, I would like to apologize for any negative experiences that you had working with us. Clearly, you were left feeling left behind. We are a growing company and change can cause a bit of chaos so we hope that you will reach out to us so we can resolve the situation so you don't feel taken advantage of, which has never been our intention. In fact, we endeavour to be a great place to work.
In terms of benefits and amenities, we are actively working on improving our offering to employees. Already (since you left, perhaps?) we have added a Wellness Reimbursement Program and free staff supplements. We will continue to work on offering greater benefits as we grow.
