Pros
Great solution for health systems, solid software processes and good alignment with major health providers across the country.
Cons
Very little transparency and horrible management processes. Zero empowerment and some of the leadership day to day interaction is down right repulsive. Hopefully they have changed since R1 purchased them, but still local interaction makes a difference.
