This is a mass experience and not one man's opinion: Irregular salary: Employees are not paid for 2 to 3 months at a stretch. Sometimes even more than that. Even when they pay, employees are paid half a months salary only. Because of this horrible scenario, several employees quit the company and lost their salary. Even today they have not got a single rupee. Worse than that, the management refuses to give you "experience certificate" if you quit. In other words, you are forced to stay and work there for more & more moths without pay.
