Pros
Good company, a lot to do so a lot to learn and most of the colleagues are very nice and kind.
Cons
- Hybrid Work (used to be 100% remote until early 2024); - Depending on the PO you work with, you might be end up with one who lacks people management skills, wich can make the days more difficult as they tend to take a more rigid approach to daily tasks; - The team is small, with high demands; - Although it might have been my own perception, I sensed a bit of competition from the contractors.
