      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, and great management.

      Cons

      Commissions take a 6-8 weeks to get back to you but other than that it’s a great place to be.

      Good base pay, decent commission.

      Cons

      6-8 weeks wait time to receive commission, (AFTER the job installs) They laid all AEs off, then decided to hire more AEs. From revenue standpoint they are not looking good, they are constantly shutting down plants. Bad management.
