Pros
The expenses very pretty reasonable. Also you could get away with doing next to nothing and still get paid. Pay was on par with competition i.e. pretty rubbish.
Cons
The most disorganised company I have ever worked for. (I was working for the Taylor Woodrow subsidiary) . It really was shocking, staff I spoke to said most other projects were run in the same way.
