This Company is failing. Management has been reduced to 1 tyrannical director and his 2 or 3 underlings. The owner is clueless. Get as much as you can when you get hired because they don't do raises. Salaried individuals regularly take pay cuts when the company under performs. This is a good place to be while you look for a more stable job somewhere else. There are other more reputable contract furniture dealerships in the area.
