      - Incredibly supportive leadership team as well as instructional coaches - I feel like I have grown immensely in my teaching thanks to consistent observation and feedback -I feel seen and heard by members of the leadership and Operations team -

      Cons

      - Days can be very long and sometimes overwhelming - Classroom management is very niche to the network and can be hard to internalize

      Uncommon Schools is a really positive, warm environment. People work hard and have tons of joy in their collaboration!

      Cons

      We are growing quickly, so the work load is busy! This isn't really a con, just something for new folks to be aware of :)
