      * Company is failing * Layoffs * Pointless RTO initatives (this introduced during a ton of studio closures and layoffs) * Firing a studio after they unionized * People just vanish without even an announcement that they no longer work for Ubisoft. * 0 Salary adjustments, despites cost of living increase and increase in office presence demanded. * No confidence senior leadership understands why their games are not doing well.

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
