Pros
The best things about working here are the really decent pay compensation, the work/life balance, and the spirit of my co-workers. People always say hi, and they really believe in and perpetuate the company values and culture. The training I received for my job skills was all inclusive and I actually felt really prepared my first week on the job which is unusual based on my past experiences.
Cons
It's very corporate in it's approach to layout and dress code. All the departments are separated and I think that causes a lot of conflict that could be avoided with lower cubicles and people are the most productive and happy on jeans days and potluck days. Human interaction and comfort really should be considered more carefully. There's also a real disconnect with upper, upper management. I only know the name of the CEO, and none of the higher level execs or VPs because they're never around which is bad for morale and contributes to the island feeling of each department.
