-Military benefits to get you started -Structured pay and routine -Funded really well -Travel often -Mostly A-type personalities -Patriotism -High level combat skills, planning, and coordination
Cons
-Pay could be better for the amount of work each individual handles -Lots of extra duties outside of primary duty -Rank is confused with leadership -Good people leave finding greener pastures & creates mediocre leaders. (Not all leaders) -Work-life balance isn't considered or lightly considered -Office politics & good 'ol boy system tends to reign -Health care isn't focused on patient, its focused on ability to deploy -Systems in place create unnecessary barriers for healthcare & job. (Shut-up and color encouraged)
