Pros
Great brand, great reputation for servicing their customers. Benefits are good too but changes are starting to effect that view. Rising insurance costs and new rules for getting stock options, etc.
Cons
AEs are drowning in reports, paperwork, meetings, and "strategy meetings". Instead of selling, they are spending endless nights, mornings, days reporting on everything and anything that has happened! How about letting them sell instead of talking it to death? They cause many tenured employees to quit because they get tired of all the BS paperwork! If you complain, you get targeted and they find a way to get rid of you.
