      Pros

      If the director practiced what he preached, there would have lots of Pros to write ! He is full of attitude and treat the employee as slaves with no regards to their issues or concerns

      Cons

      It's not a company that will help you to grow instead suck the life out of you and make you run for your own money. Do not join for your own sake !

      Instead of talking about the business, they can prompt everyone to share things about their lives and personal interests. Even though it may be a small gesture, it can function as a great icebreaker by helping to open up the lines of communication between everyone on the team.

      The culture is not the best, politics is a big downside and they should ease off on the deductions
