Very strong leadership team that works well together with diverse and accomplished backgrounds. The team is very deliberate and disciplined in Strategising, decision making and execution.
Cons
Remote working can be isolating at times. But a company culture that is rooted in trust, respect and transparency in every regard more than makes up for the lack of in-presence office culture for distributed team members.
