Cannot complain about the firm

Seemed decent when I worked as a budtender and store manager. Ok product, decent employee prices, they added health insurance

Where to start? Lack of training, company bought problem stores and didn't correct any inventory issues prior to operation, heard lots of stories of missing bulk product over the years(out the back door), owner catered to sketchy legal bulk buyers(whom we all knew were flipping it in other states), owner often hired inexperienced people in compliance and accounting(4-5 accountants in like 2 years should've been a huge red flag), owner wasn't paying vendors, owner started skimping on supplies and testing(treating only samples instead of the entire harvests), also recently heard from others how abusive he was towards his "trophy" wife but also how rude she was to staff prior to my working there. I'm sure there's a lot more but that's all I can remember personally and from what I've heard from others. Oh also underpaid
