      Pros

      There is nothing special about Truelogic. It is just another outsourcing. No extra benefits, nothing different for the better. I had a good business partner on Truelogic side.

      Cons

      I had a very bad client at the end. Stopped the contract and they allow clients to end contracts without any notice period, however if it is you who wants to end the contract, you have to provide 30 days notice.

      Good logistics and pay on time.

      Not a lot of support when having crazy projects.

      Pros

      Fair pay rate, work from home, flexible hours, PTO (5 days each semester).

      Cons

      They don't pay for holidays, PTO could be more generous.
