      Abusive CEO , Founders - No work life balance - they even call you at night 10 pm , No vision , Unrealistic expectations , they don't care what you think - they impose their ideas , Lack of trust on employees , Irrational

      Great people on leadership team.

      Cons

      Unethical practices. They hired 15 people and fired 6 on day 2. They are playing with people career. I saw people crying as they had resigned from their company to join. Some of them were promised offer letter once they come to office. They didn't even got offer letter to prove this.
