Pros
As many reviews have noted, True Path Financial boasts an outstanding management and leadership team. Throughout my time there, I genuinely felt that the leadership was deeply invested in my success. Given that the advisors there are building their own book of business, there's a strong emphasis on long-term growth, with consistent mentorship provided to help you achieve your goals. There is a good balance between mentorship/management and giving you the independence to own your role. The support and guidance I've received have significantly impacted my career development, making it a truly unique experience that stands out from other companies! There is a healthy amount of competitiveness within the firm and a push to hit goals, but work-life balance is still amazing. I sincerely enjoyed my time with True Path Financial and working with the team!
Cons
While this is not necessarily a con, it's important to note that you need to be highly people-focused. The entire industry revolves around building relationships and having strong interpersonal skills. If you're not comfortable with—or don't enjoy—the relationship-building aspect, this career might not be the best fit for you!
