Leadership lacks integrity - Anonymous employee True Group Employee Review

Hello, First, let me apologize that I am just replying to this now; it was just brought to my attention this week. Being a current employee of True, you know that as President and Managing Partner my door is always open the 60++ hrs./ week that I’m in the office and via cell 24/7 when not in the office. I am particularly curious to understand why you are still here within our ‘True family’ given your accusations? I would certainly love the opportunity to discuss your many unusual and unfounded comments in person. That all said, if you are not comfortable in speaking with me personally, you are also more than welcome to speak to any one of our four female VPs (one of whom, as you know, is our V.P. of H.R) and all of whom I am proud to have leading our company each day. Finally, I would be remiss in not mentioning to the others reading this post, please know that True is submitting our formal request to Glassdoor for removal of this post per their policies so that this platform can be used for civil discourse rather than unfounded nonsense.
