      1. Greatly talented artists 2. fun and challenging projects 3. Great community 4. One of the few studios that does film projects. 5. Beautiful office premises, although too small for the amount of artists

      Cons

      1. High stress environment 2. Neglect in house resources to the detriment of projects; alarming lack of tools and development support 3. Terrible planning for projects. Deadlines and expectations are highly unrealistic, which exploits artists' work ethics to push the quality of the project. Management consistently ignores red flags put up by seniors. 4. Absolutely no benefits, even for permanent staff. (no pension or medical aid) 5. Under pays artists 6. Alarming lack of senior artists. 7. Overcrowded office spaces

      Pros

      - Extremely organized - Dailies - Great teamwork and a brilliant team

      Cons

      Remote access was quite slow with a lot of delay but I believe the biggest problem is because I'm in Brazil accessing the machines in South Africa.

      Pros

      Amazing people. Great company culture, you really feel like a part of a family. Work-life balance is fair.

      Cons

      Remote work can feel a little isolating sometimes, would be great to have more in-person meet ups. New job offers/contracts are done super last minute in my experience, it's a little frustrating being kept in the dark for so long.
