Good work environment - Production Assembler Trek Connect Employee Review

Great team of people, Experienced Team Leaders always there to answer questions and help you when needed. I learned a lot the time I was there, you're exposed to learn technical stuff which is great for experience, helps a lot when looking for another job. Pleasant environment to work in, clean & safe.

Not really a con, but due to new company policy, employees must be U.S. " Citizens " in order to work there, this is understandable knowing they deal with government contract jobs, some other companies however do hire Legal Residents ( non citizens ) I guess this depends on the type of government contract. either way, I liked working for Trek.

Family place feels it untill they yell at u like your a kid

Everything. No room for advancement. Don’t care about there legacy employees only care about there pockets . Not once have ever got Recognized For going above and beyond. No bonus check . Nothing great about this place . People who are ur co workers are amazing but that’s it .leads and some leaders are slackers and don’t work just eat the money away and higher management is terrible ,
