      Dependable hours of work, easy communication throughout the company, treated very well as an employee.

      Cons

      Workload can fluctuate very erratically at times with production and individual departments can heavily struggle. But that is expected with the clientele and product of Total Security Solutions.

      The people are great, and the office is nice.

      Cons

      The management team is not open to hearing issues or discipling their own, People come and go, as any other company. They paint a beautiful picture during onboarding, but do not stand behind what they say, "right person in the right seat".
