Poor Company Culture The management team prioritizes company performance at the expense of employee morale. There are no career growth opportunities, and work-life balance is non-existent. Salaries are very low, and the culture encourages favoritism—promotion depends more on office politics than merit. Additionally, there is no flexibility for remote work. The leader of the project management team, shows no concern for staff well-being. This was one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. Avoid at all costs.
