The company has multiple business sectors which gives employees advantage of getting new promotions.

Not many locations for houses. Only concentrated in Cedar Rapids and near by towns/cities.

Members. Youre there for the members. Most of the members have no family. Thats literally the only positive thing about the company

The pay. The management.. They will change your schedule and not tell you until you show up for your shift. Without going into detail, just dont. There are plenty of other group homes hiring that will treat you better and value your time than this company. I cant even make a livable wage. Its sad seeing the management living a good lives, making good money while the hard workers barely get by.
