Leadership seems all over the place.

- Remote work - Some autonomy

- Career growth is nearly nonexistent; promotions are rare, and raises are minimal - Poor leadership & management - A growing culture of quietly pushing people out, especially those who advocate for career advancement or fair pay - Management doesn't have boundaries & regularly undermines team members - Lack of processes - HR is ineffective at addressing serious concerns about poor management and employee treatment - Many team members were put on questionable PIPs as retaliation - Increasingly bureaucratic, with unclear decision-making
