Pros

My direct manager was genuinely one of the highlights of my time there. Supportive, communicative, and actually invested in helping me get up to speed quickly. Clear with expectations and always approachable, which made the short time I was there a lot easier to navigate.

Cons

I was made redundant after just one month, which left me equal parts shocked and deeply disappointed. What makes it worse is the obvious disconnect between the company’s financial situation and its decision to hire in the first place. If the business isn’t hitting revenue targets and is under financial pressure, making people redundant should not come as a surprise, but hiring new staff in that climate absolutely should not happen either. New employees turn down other opportunities, uproot their routines, and put real trust into a company. To be made redundant a month in makes that feel like a complete waste.

Pros

Great learning experience for people early in their careers. Some good people in the company who have a lot to contribute and share. Interesting industry working directly with business owners. A couple of good leaders in the business at Director level.

Cons

Delusional at the top, self-obsessed owner. Money focussed rather than people or impact focussed. No HR and some very unprofessional behaviour.

Pros

Lot's of fun people work here.

Cons

Highest staff turnover I've ever seen. Sales managers have no true experience outside of here, but think they're sales gods, They're a mediocre rep at best. Incompetent and manipulative leadership, They invested into the company so they're stuck. Company has shrunk by more than 50%. Shady practices, I've witnessed small business owners being lied to countless times. I was encouraged to do so also but refused. We listened to one of my call recordings and I was asked why I didn't manipulate an elderly retired woman into joining. Product is not unique, you can get everything they teach for free very easily (and it's more current and relevant). Only the community element is of value. This company peaked in 2015 and has been on life support since
