Cons
I've worked a myriad of jobs throughout my career, this stood alone in terms of horrible management, deplorable work environment, and an overall sense of hopelessness among the work-force. CCS is an American sweatshop. The company maximizes profits while engaging in unsavory business practices that lack ethics and moral fiber. The bulk of its employees at this location are call-center employees making near minimum-wage, yet the company still charges employees $75 cents for a keurig cup of coffee. No fresh water supply available - half of the employees are sick which makes one question the quality of air/environment within the building. What is clear is that the higher-ups and management of the company simply do not care. They care only about the bottom-line and lining the pockets of the executive management while the rest of the company is grossly mismanaged, underpaid, and exploited as much as possible. I would imagine working at a fast-food restaurant would be a healthier environment for the majority of the CCS workforce (and likely would pay better salaries, incidentally).
