Everyone I've had the pleasure of meeting and working with has been incredibly kind. Work is exciting and meaningful. There is a strong work ethic and unified culture, and a real sense of everyone pulling in the same direction "for the good of the Titans". There are many "pinch me" moments as you tour the stadium for the first time, attend a press conference, or see your QB at the Christmas party! Although there are many people working long hours to support a professional football team and stadium, there is work/life balance, and clear evidence that having a family does not impede promotion or opportunities.

-Fun work environment -There are some really amazing people that made my time worthwhile

-On the other hand, there are more people who made my time there not so great, and I witnessed some people basically get bullied out of there -So much gossiping, cliques everywhere -Random org restructuring with no notice to the employees -There is a VP who has ruined their department which in return ruins the organization
