Pros

Good platform has alot of potential to help fleet manager customers

Cons

Remote work here feels less like flexibility and more like a digital confinement. The environment is dominated by extreme micromanagement, often from leadership that appears disconnected from both the industry and the realities of customer-facing work. There is little trust, constant monitoring, and frequent interruptions even during live client meetings creating an atmosphere of tension rather than professionalism. There is relentless pressure to increase rates, while basic human needs like time off, family accommodations, or even uninterrupted breaks are treated as inconveniences, i feel nervous to even take a wee break knowing if my teams icon goes idle my phone will surely ring asking what im doing. Lunch breaks feel negotiable at best and discouraged whenever workloads allow oversight to tighten. Each day blends into the next, a monochrome routine of logging in, staring at screens, and watching life pass by from behind a keyboard debating if I remember what sunlight feels like on my face anymore or what I did to get here.. The job feels less like employment and more like existing in a system designed to extract time rather than foster growth. Joy, autonomy, and fresh air all feel rationed. If you are looking for balance, respect, or a sense of humanity in your work, this environment may feel suffocating. Proceed with caution.
