We are sorry to hear that you did not experience that our work-life balance was great and that we were not able to accommodate your need for remote working according to your satisfactory level.
We do everything in our power to ensure a healthy and good setup to all employees. This includes programs to work remotely or hybrid. Depending on position and team we have to assess the situation, some roles and/or teams are more suited to remote working than others.
Your feedback regarding the lack of diversity is taken seriously. We are a company that focuses specifically on diversity & inclusion. As we collaborate with the Dutch Socio-economic Council, we committed and implemented various measures. There is always room to improve, hence we would appreciate finding out what is exactly meant or lacking.
