Great benefits, strong culture, highly skilled personnel

No downsides that I can speak of

Good pay. That’s it but not worth the headache, trust me. Your peace costs more. If I could give zero stars I would. There are other consulting firms that pay as much or better with checks and balances

Horrible senior management that will personally berate you. Complain to HR they will do nothing to stop management for supporting managers who can harass you and neither will they properly investigate anything. It’s a very small firm with very little checks and balances so management can pretty much do whatever they want to do. If you have to do contract work find a larger firm with proper HR checks and balances on senior management.
