Unprofessional and uncomfortable working conditions - Anonymous employee TecEx Employee Review

Immature and unqualified managers, unpleasant working environment. There is no ventilation in the office and the aircon was broken the entire time I worked there. There is no job security and the threat of being fired is brought up continuously. Negative reinforcement is the only form of feedback given.
