5yThank you for your feedback - though I must say I'm disappointed to read a review like this on Glassdoor from one of our front line leaders anonymously, instead of bringing the issue directly to me where real change could happen. If you are indeed still a current employee I invite and encourage you to discuss your situation with me directly. I will say that transitioning from an individual contributor to a leader and a salary position often times comes with a pay decrease if you're used to working many overtime hours - this is common in most industries, and many of us have gone through this in our careers. However, if the goal is grow your career the long-term reward for this experience can your salary tremendously in the long run. Lastly, I hope you recognize the difference in 'not being honest' and 'not telling you what you want to hear' - We're not always to going to agree on the path forward, but we always strive to be honest about what that path looks like.
