      A lot of open positions from the high turnover rate of employees

      Poor leadership, low wages, unstable work environment, poor training, low support for employees, low-level managers, Stress filled days, Lack of Diversity

      Thank you for your feedback and comments. It sounds like our company was not a good fit for you from the start. Turnover is always an area of focus for us – including hiring the right people from the start, training people appropriately, and creating a culture where people want to continue to work with us (which includes an aspect of accountability to meeting the needs of our customers). Our culture is certainly not a fit for everyone, and I hope you found the right fit for you.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
