Pros
-Great values and empathy shown towards employees -Great flexibility to choose the right kind of work that we are interested in -Plenty of opportunity to go to onsite and work at client locations -Good brand name
Cons
-Pay not on par with the competitors -Some of the senior management are not competent in terms of their jobs. They try to somehow survive in the organization -HR is not competent though it is a huge department -Some of the recent hires are not upto standards. They are going for mass recruitment and the quality clearly is suffering
