-above average amount of paid holidays -unlimited time off for salary staff -benefits are pretty good
Cons
The only reason they will keep you around promote you is if you’re “in” with leadership and don’t question them on anything. You can do your job completely correctly and they won’t hesitate to find a reason to fire you if you don’t fit their image. They will fool you up front with all of the niceties and then one day just drop you. There is very very minimal training and you will be marked up on your review if you complete something wrong that you were never trained on. They will have special team building events, outings and gifts and specifically leave one or two people out leaving them to feel gut punched. Some how they keep earning employer of the year but I think that’s because everyone is unwilling to be honest on the survey for fear of being fired.
