Income!! You can make 4x as much with one in person client a week vs. a full week with a talkspace client. They waste therapist hard earned money on paying salaries to five levels of middlemen supervisors who are worthless and when you have a question they just send you prompted scripts and refer you to their unhelpful training manuals. They dont actually have enough clients for their therapists. You literally have to sit in front of you computer all day long hoping someone pops up. They do not care about the quality of the therapist they hire they only care about how much work they can squeeze out of you disregarding client care and putting the client first. With the commitment that is required any accredited therapist with advanced degrees can make 5x more anywhere else then at this place. Not sure why any therapist would put forth a full time commitment. Talkspace found a solution to a problem that wasn't there
