      Everyone is extremely smart and driven while also being personable and kind. Creativity is encouraged and even small wins are celebrated.

      Pros

      The interview process took approximately 1.5 months but was very smooth end to end with expected timelines stated very clearly. Met with team members that I was working with on a daily basis. Super young and driven team.

      Cons

      Company is growing out of a startup and is slowly adding more structural arms.
